I was carjacked. I was parked on the road side parking and 4 African American youngsters in their twenties opened the door , showed a gun and asked me to hand over the phone then keys. I got out of car and while walking away one girl from gang asked me to hand over the wallet. Then the four of them drove away on North Capitol St and turned right on Massachusetts Av NW. They threw away my phone at Meridian at Gallery Place. There are 2 yellow stickers on bumper near back left and front left.
